Diet: Eating so far has been on point.  Got Chick-Fil-A but I resisted temptation and got the Charbroiled chicken for 290 calories.  I had half of one of the kid's milkshake but I accounted for it.

Exercise: I'm going to try and get in a 30 day shred tonight.

Mental: I feel good. Not feeling too much need to stray and glad I was able to keep our fast food exposure today in control.

Abandoned blog....re-purposed

Wow, so I was just poking around on my blogger account and came across this blog that I haven't done a thing with in over a year.  I'm going to pick it up again and dabble here and there.  I'm probably not going to food journal as I was before but rather use it as an outlet to keep myself focused.  A spot to air my thoughts and keep me on track.

What has happened in the last two years?  How much time do you have?   In a nutshell I finished the Tough Mudder, it was rough but we got through and then I... oh, had a baby.  Now I'm working on getting back to a fitter shape and dropping my pregnancy pounds for good.  Here's to that.
